  • You have charged my Credit Card – why?

    KeyCollect is a Payment Service Provider (PSP), which means that we process payments on behalf of a number of companies. The charge on your credit card is made for a product or service that you purchased at a company that works with KeyCollect.

    All of our merchants mention KeyCollect on their websites, and KeyCollect is also named on purchase confirmation e-mails. They are mostly e-commerce/internet companies. Please check which kind of products or services you have purchased around the day that your card was charged.
  • Can you provide more information about the credit card payment?

    We have an online tool that allows you to check your payment. Please click HERE and fill out the requested information. Keep in mind that there may be a few days between the payment and the date on your credit card statement.
  • I made a payment through KeyCollect but haven’t received any product or service – can you help?

    Not really. This is something that you should arrange with the merchant that you bought the product or service from. Please note that sometimes it may take a while for the product or service to be delivered.

    We can only help you when there was a problem with the payment that you made, not with the merchant’s product or service.
